Public comment requested on Amendment No. 13 to the 2023 RTIP and Draft Air Quality Conformity Analysis

The SANDAG Board of Directors will be asked to approve Amendment No. 13 to the 2023 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) at its meeting on June 28, 2024. This amendment is being processed to bring the 2023 RTIP into alignment with San Diego Forward: The 2021 Regional Plan and includes a re-determination of the Air Quality Conformity of the 2023 RTIP.
