New Agenda Management Software: SANDAG is transitioning to a new agenda management software to help us share meeting agendas more clearly and easily. The new system will include the opportunity to leave written comments online (learn more on our Meeting Assistance page) Agendas and meeting minutes will look slightly different. They will be available in PDF and HTML (online) format and include video bookmarking. Subscribers will continue to receive email notifications as usual. The new system will go live the week of July 14.

Past agendas and minutes for the Board and PAC meetings are in the process of being transferred to the new system. If you need help finding meeting information or have any questions or concerns, contact clerkoftheboard@sandag.org.

The Chiefs’/Sheriff’s Management Committee promotes regional collaboration in the acquisition, maintenance, and sharing of public safety technology. This Working Group approves and implements the Automated Regional Justice Information System (ARJIS) and Criminal Justice Research annual work program and budget. It establishes and recommends public safety policies that relate to ARJIS and Criminal Justice Research. The Chiefs’/Sheriff’s Management Committee reports to the Public Safety Committee, which in turn reports to the SANDAG Board of Directors.

The Chiefs’/Sheriff’s Management Committee meetings are generally at 9:45 a.m. on the first Wednesday of the month.
