SANDAG operates on a 9/80 work schedule. Our downtown location is open to the public Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT daily, closed every other Monday and government holidays. View a calendar of office closures.
The SANDAG FasTrak Customer Service Center is open for walk-ins Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Freeway Service Patrol and 511 Roadside Assistance call center provides service Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For help on the highway, call 511 and say "roadside assistance."
