The SANDAG Public Records Request Guidelines are promulgated pursuant to Government Code section 6253.4.

They are intended to provide the public with information concerning how to submit public records requests to SANDAG and how SANDAG will respond to those requests.

SANDAG hopes that these guidelines will assist the public in making requests and receiving a timely response.
