SANDAG Response to COVID-19
The health and safety of the San Diego region, including our partners and stakeholders, is a priority for SANDAG.
SANDAG reopened its main office to the public on September 7, 2021, and will continue to monitor local health conditions to provide timely and appropriate responses related to our regional programs and projects. Per the California Department of Public Health and County of San Diego, masks are recommended in indoor public settings, regardless of vaccination status.

We are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Cal/OSHA Emergency Temporary Standards, California Public Health Department, and San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency.
Telework Resources
SANDAG offers the Telework Assistance Program to assist employers with developing, enhancing, or formalizing their long-term telework initiatives. The SANDAG iCommute team also hosted a series of webinars to assist employers with the new telework environment.
Public Meetings and Events
SANDAG is conducting Board of Directors, Policy Advisory Committee, and Working Group meetings according to the posted schedule at sandag.org/meetings. The Board of Directors transitioned to hybrid meetings on March 11, 2022, and members and the public may participate in person or via Zoom. Policy Advisory Committees are anticipated to begin hybrid meetings in April 2022, followed by working groups in spring 2022. Toll Operations Center
The FasTrak Customer Service Center in Otay Mesa for I-15 Express Lanes and South Bay Expressway customers is open for walk-in service. Customers are encouraged to call (619) 661-7070 or visit 511sd.com/FasTrak to reach a customer service representative.
