SANDAG is preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 2025 Regional Plan. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, SANDAG has issued a Notice of Preparation to provide information describing the proposed project and its potential environmental effects.  
 
Responsible and trustee agencies, community-based organizations, and interested members of the public are invited to provide comments and/or attend a second virtual Public Scoping Meeting on Thursday, February 15, 2023 at 4 p.m. PST. The meeting is your opportunity to obtain information about the report, ask questions, and provide verbal comments on the scope and content of the EIR.
