SANDAG FasTrak customers will experience a delay in accessing the online customer portal starting this week and throughout June. The temporary downtime will allow for planned system upgrades to merge SR 125 Toll Road and I-15 Express Lanes services into one regional account management system.
During the transition, the SR 125 Toll Road and I-15 Express Lanes will continue to operate and process tolls, but customers may see a delay in trip posting transactions to their SANDAG FasTrak accounts.
SANDAG customer service will continue to be available normal business hours to assist with account related request via email: customerservice@sandag.org, phone: (619) 661-7070 or (888) 889-1515, and walk-in at the SANDAG Customer Service Center located at 1129 La Media Road, San Diego, CA 92154.
This upgrade will provide new customer-requested features to SR 125 toll customers, including a user-friendly design for both desktop and mobile, opt-in SMS alerts for account management, an automated pay-by-phone system, and additional account management tools for fleet and large business accounts. Planned future enhancements include a mobile app and live chat.
Upgrades were first rolled out to I-15 Express Lanes account holders in fall 2020 to support a systematic migration of data into the new regional system.
Once the portal updates are completed, all SR 125 Toll Road account holders will need to reestablish a username and password for their existing account when logging in for the first time at SANDAG.org/FasTrak.
