SANDAG’s Residential Commuter Program helps property managers and developers in the San Diego region to develop solutions to their residents’ commuting challenges.
Participants could enjoy:

Program participation is limited to developers, property managers, and community development corporations with properties located within a transit-oriented community or within a half mile of a major transit station or stop (including Bus Rapid Transit corridors, Trolley stations, or other high-frequency transit lines.

Members of the SANDAG Residential Commuter Program enjoy a personalized solution. SANDAG works with members to create the right program for residents.
- Assessment: We survey residents to understand their commuting needs.
- Development and implementation: We build and market a customized commuter benefits program to residents.
- Recognition: SANDAG recognizes organizations who promote sustainable transportation at the annual Diamond Awards reception.
