Public Notice - 2026 Fare Ordinance: Notice of Exemption Filing

The SANDAG Transportation Committee approved updates to the regional Transit Fare Structure on July 17, 2026, through Resolution No. 2027-01. The approved fare changes support the long-term financial sustainability of transit service throughout the San Diego region and will be implemented in phases beginning October 1, 2026. 

Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, SANDAG has filed a Notice of Exemption for this action.
