SANDAG Seeks Public Input on the Future of Transportation in Every Part of the Region

SANDAG will host a series of workshops across the San Diego region to give the public an opportunity to learn more about future transportation improvements being considered in their neighborhoods.

Every four years, SANDAG creates a Regional Plan which is a blueprint for how the region will grow, where people will live, and how residents will move around. The draft 2025 Regional Plan aims to make the area’s transportation system more convenient, healthy, safe, and equitable. SANDAG works with the region’s 18 cities and the County of San Diego; local, state, and federal government agencies; community-based organizations; and the public to put this vision together.

Major benefits of the draft 2025 Regional Plan include:
Projects that connect people to transportation, jobs, and education
Strategies to improve air quality
Solutions backed by data and public input
