SANDAG is developing the California–Baja California Border Resiliency Plan (BRP), a binational effort to understand how climate hazards like flooding, extreme heat, wildfire, and sea level rise, are affecting communities along the border and the transportation network that serves them. These hazards are increasing existing air and water quality issues and impacting public health.
