Notice of Public Hearing Two Public Hearings will be held by the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), Transportation Committee on May 30, 2008 and June 6, 2008 to receive comments on proposals to amend transit fares for North County Transit District (NCTD) and Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) services. Unless otherwise specified, all changes are proposed as amendments to SANDAG’s Regional Comprehensive Fare Ordinance and would become effective on July 1, 2008.
