I-15 Express Lanes Online Customer Portal Downtime Starts Today

Upgrades Will Enhance Customer Service and Account Management

October 21, 2020-- Starting Wednesday, the Interstate 15 (I-15) Express Lanes online customer portal and customer service system will be down for planned upgrades.

Online services will be unavailable to customers from Wednesday, October 21 through Monday, October 26.

The toll collection systems for I-15 Express Lanes will continue to operate and process tolls during the transition, but customers may see a delay in posting transactions to their FasTrak accounts.

For urgent customer service requests while the downtime is in effect, customers should email or call (888) 889-1515. Staff will remain available during regular business hours to assist customers via email and phone.

Existing customer accounts will transition to the new system automatically. Once the portal updates are completed, all I-15 Express Lanes FasTrak account holders will need to reestablish a username and password for their existing account when logging in for the first time at

This upgrade will provide new customer-requested features, including a user-friendly design for both desktop and mobile, opt-in SMS alerts for account management, and additional account management tools for fleet and large business accounts. Planned future enhancements include a mobile app, live chat, and an automated pay-by-phone system.

I-15 Express Lanes FasTrak customers can learn more about the planned downtime and system upgrades at
