Agenda highlights include: Otay Mesa - Mesa de Otay Binational Corridor Strategic Plan; Analysis of Border Environmental Infrastructure Priorities, Now and to 2030; and City of Tijuana's Urban Development Program for the Population Center 2010-2030.
