Customer Service Supervisor

he Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the high-volume, inbound call center and coordinating the work of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) who are engaged in telephone and in-person customer interactions, payment processing, mail distribution, inventory control, and related activities.
