| I-15 Project Management Team The I-15 Project Management Team assists in the cooperative planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the I-15 Value Pricing Project, as well as the I-15 Managed Lane Project. The committee is composed of project partners and other interested agencies, including staff from SANDAG, Caltrans, Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), California Highway Patrol (CHP), the Cities of San Diego, Escondido, and Poway, and the American Automobile Association of Southern California.
