SoCal transportation summit scheduled for September 6

Hundreds of transportation, business, and political leaders will converge September 6 in downtown Los Angeles for the 10th Annual Southern California Transportation Summit hosted by Mobility 21.

Mobility 21 is a coalition dedicated to finding regional solutions to transportation challenges facing Imperial, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura Counties.

The summit will cover topics such as how technology is changing our transportation future; what the political realities are in Washington D.C.; and how to engage the public to build effective coalitions. The summit will take place 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE.

The expo at this year’s summit will feature over 70 exhibitors. More than one thousand people are expected to take part in the conference, which is organized around the theme of “Transportation NEXT: New Era. New Vision. New Realities.”
