SANDAG, the University of California, San Diego, and the Building and Owners Management Association, invite employers to Keep San Diego Moving at a FREE breakfast seminar Friday, August 29, at 8 a.m. at the UCSD Price Center Ballroom. This is the conclusion of a three-part series of seminars designed to assist human resources, facilities, and property management professionals who are interested in commuting programs.
In the first and second seminars, employers learned about SANDAG's regional commuter programs, how SANDAG staff can help employers create action plans to implement commuter programs, and how these programs can be implemented at little or no cost. This third seminar will focus on marketing, promoting, and monitoring commuter programs. Transportation vendors with information on vanpooling and transit will be on-site to give additional assistance.
This seminar also will be the forum for the Rideshare Week 2003 kick-off. Employers will receive kits to assist in creating events to promote their commuting program or to jump-start a brand new program.
Qualify to win a trip to Hawaii! Attendees will receive an extra entry form for the Keep San Diego Moving contest. The grand prize is a seven-night stay at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and airfare for two courtesy of KCBQ and Hawaiian Airlines.
Attend and qualify to win a Bahia Belle Blues Cruise for four, dinner for four at the Bahia Café, USAOpoly San Diego Monopoly games, and San Diego Padres' game tickets! Prizes are courtesy of the Bahia Resort, USAOpoly, and MTS.
