New segment of I-15 Express Lanes to open in March
In a few short weeks another 3.5 miles of congestion-free Express Lanes will open on the I-15, extending them north from Rancho Bernardo Road to Centre City Parkway in Escondido.

FasTrak changes to distance-based dynamic pricing
When another 3.5 miles of new Express Lanes open on I-15 in March 2009, a new distanced-based dynamic pricing system also will launch.

The San Diego Prisoner Reentry Program utilizes best practices in the field of prisoner reentry to address the growing issue of individuals returning home after incarceration. SANDAG is leading a comprehensive process and impact evaluation of this program.

January Board of Directors meeting actions available online
The next two SANDAG Board of Directors business meetings are scheduled for Friday, February 27, 2009, and Friday, March 27, 2009 at 9 a.m. Members of the public not in attendance may listen live to this meeting by accessing the "Listen Live" link from the SANDAG Web site home page approximately 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
