RideLink 2007 Commuter Survey results Recent survey results pinpoint cost, convenience, and less driving/more personal time as deciding factors for regional commuters when choosing a preferred transportation mode to work. More than 300 people completed a RideLink 2007 Commuter Survey in October as part of a month-long celebration of Rideshare Week, which was held nationally October 1-5. Rideshare Week celebrates commute alternatives by encouraging people to carpool, vanpool, ride transit, walk, bike, or telecommute to work just one day a week instead of driving alone.
