New land use maps available New land use maps available for purchase


New land use maps are available to purchase for $10 from the SANDAG Public Information Office. These maps are approximately 3' x 3' in size.

  • San Diego Region Planned Land Use, 2006 displays 15 categories of planning land use by color code for the San Diego region. The land use information is based on the community and general plans of each jurisdiction as of March 2004.

  • San Diego Region Land Available for Development, 2006 depicts future development patterns based on existing policies of the region's local jurisdictions as of June 2005.

  • Generalized Land Ownership, 2006 displays 16 categories of land ownership by color code for the region as of August 2006.

To purchase one of these printed maps please send a check or money order for $10 to SANDAG Publications, 401 B Street, Suite 800, San Diego, CA 92101.
